C-Pen USA will honor warranty requests for all C-Pen products :
a. if the product was purchased directly from C-Pen USA Online Store or from Amazon.com. Order number is required.
b. if the product was purchased from other US based retailer after December 31, 2004.
c. all warranty requests will be honored for C-pen 20.
