When will you ship my order?

We will ship your order the same day, except Sundays and holidays. All orders received before 4:00PM EST, will be shipped the same business day. (Credit Card and E-check payments only). All orders received 4:00 – 5:00PM EST are not guaranteed to be shipped the same day. All orders received after 5:00PM EST will be sent out the next business day.

What are my payment options?

We accept credit cards and E-checks, for immediate shipping. Personal checks money orders and wire transfers have to be cashed before we commence shipping. You will be prompted to select a payment method during your purchase.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Residents of New York State have to pay 8.65% sales tax. Residents of all other states do not pay a sales tax.
