If you are not completely satisfied with a C-pen product purchased from C-Pen USA Online Store, you may return the product for a full refund within twenty one (21) days from the day product was received. To return your pen fill out the Return Service Form and you will receive an email with shipping instructions.

Important: The serial number must match with the order number of the product purchased from CpenUSA.com. The serial number must appear on your return package label. Returns without the serial number will be refused. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after twenty one (21) days.

Refund requirements: To receive a refund for the returned C-pen product, it must be returned with shipping and insurance pre-paid in "as new" condition, in original box and packaging, including all manuals and accessories. Any missing items could result in a 20% restocking fee. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. Refunds will only be issued after receipt and inspection of returned products. Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.
