Work away from your computer
Use C-Pen while working away from your computer by extending C-pen cable with USB extension cable. C-Pen device will provide visual feedback as you scan. Communicate with your PC using C-Pen command pad.

Connect C-Pen to Windows XP based micro computer and achieve ultimate portability. This will allow you to stay wirelessly connected while you are in-house, or archive information for later upload when you are away.

C-Pen Inventorying/Tracking: how it works

C-Pen Inventorying/Tracking solutions seamlessly integrate with your existing tracking application. Below we present a generic process of how your solution will function.

Press an active button on your command pad to open a desired form within your application and set focus on the first field.

Scan the first field from the paper source and it will immediately appear on your screen at the appropriate field.

Press C-Pen button to go to the next field. Continue scanning the fields from your paper source. Switch between the fields on the screen with C-Pen button.

When finished, save the completed form by clicking on C-Pen command pad.

If the scanned data has mistakes and needs to be rescanned, visual feedback will be provided on the device.
